Educational Qualification & Eligibility Criteria (As on 01.08.2026)

  • IT & Specialized Technical Posts (Scale I to IV): Full-time Engineering Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or MCA / M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD). Relevant post-qualification executive experience and specialized professional certifications (such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, CEH, CCNA/CCNP, Oracle OCP, or AWS/Azure) are required according to the scale applied.
  • Law Officer (Scale II): Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university along with required legal practice or banking legal experience.
  • Civil Engineer (Scale I): Full-time Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks (55% for reserved categories) and relevant site/structural engineering experience.
  • Fire Officer (Scale II): Degree in Fire Engineering or equivalent qualification with requisite domain experience.
  • Security Officer (Scale II): Graduation with experience as a commissioned officer in the Armed Forces or equivalent rank in Paramilitary/Police services.

Salary, Scale of Pay & Security Deposit

Selected officers will receive basic pay in the revised pay scales along with standard Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA) / Leased Accommodation, City Compensatory Allowance (CCA), and medical benefits as per Bipartite Settlement / Bank rules:

Selection Process & Exam Pattern

The selection process is structured through an Online Examination and Personal Interview, or via Direct Interview depending on the total volume of eligible applicants:
  • Final Merit Weightage: 60% Online Test + 40% Personal Interview.
  • Online Examination Pattern (Duration: Composite 100 Minutes):

    • English Language: 25 Questions (25 Marks) – Qualifying nature only (marks not added to merit).
    • Professional Knowledge: 100 Questions (100 Marks) – Marks counted for merit ranking.
  • Marking Scheme: Negative marking of 1/4th (0.25) mark for every incorrect attempt.
  • Minimum Qualifying Marks: 35% for General/EWS candidates (30% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD) in each section of the Online Exam.
  • Personal Interview (100 Marks): Shortlisted candidates will be called in a 1:3 ratio. Minimum qualifying marks in the interview are 50% for General/EWS and 45% for reserved categories.
