Education Details

  • Candidates must possess a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • A full-time MBA or PGDM in Marketing or Finance is highly preferred.
  • Mandatory post-qualification experience in Asset Sales with a Bank, NBFC, or Financial Institution in India.
  • Minimum required experience: 5 years (AVP), 3 years (Deputy Manager), 2 years (Assistant Manager).
  • Experience in MSME loan product sales is preferred.

Bank of Baroda Professionals Recruitment 2026 Salary Details

Remuneration will be offered based on qualifications, experience, last drawn salary, and market benchmarks.

Age Limit (As on 01-02-2026)

  • Assistant Vice President 1: 26 – 36 years.
  • Deputy Manager: 24 – 34 years.
  • Assistant Manager: 22 – 32 years.
  • Age relaxation: 5 years (SC/ST), 3 years (OBC), up to 15 years (PwD as applicable).

Selection Process

  • Application Scrutiny, Online Test, Psychometric Test (if applicable), followed by Personal Interview.
  • Minimum qualifying marks in Interview: 60% (UR), 55% (Reserved categories).
  • Minimum CIBIL score of 680 required at the time of joining.
