Education Details
- Candidates must possess a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- A full-time MBA or PGDM in Marketing or Finance is highly preferred.
- Mandatory post-qualification experience in Asset Sales with a Bank, NBFC, or Financial Institution in India.
- Minimum required experience: 5 years (AVP), 3 years (Deputy Manager), 2 years (Assistant Manager).
- Experience in MSME loan product sales is preferred.

Remuneration will be offered based on qualifications, experience, last drawn salary, and market benchmarks.
Age Limit (As on 01-02-2026)
- Assistant Vice President 1: 26 – 36 years.
- Deputy Manager: 24 – 34 years.
- Assistant Manager: 22 – 32 years.
- Age relaxation: 5 years (SC/ST), 3 years (OBC), up to 15 years (PwD as applicable).
Selection Process
- Application Scrutiny, Online Test, Psychometric Test (if applicable), followed by Personal Interview.
- Minimum qualifying marks in Interview: 60% (UR), 55% (Reserved categories).
- Minimum CIBIL score of 680 required at the time of joining.
