A total of 50 training slots are available for Graduate Apprentices in General Streams, categorized according to statutory reservation norms:

Horizontal PWD categories include:

• OH (Locomotor Disability): Locomotor disability including cerebral palsy, leprosy cured, dwarfism, acid attack victims, and muscular dystrophy.

• MD (Multiple Disabilities): Autism, intellectual disability, specific learning disability, and mental illness.

Education Details

• Prescribed Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a regular Bachelor’s Degree in General Streams from a recognized Central or State University.

• Eligible Disciplines / Degrees:

  • Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)

  • Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.)

  • Bachelor of Computer Applications (B.C.A.)

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.)

  • Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)

• Passing Criteria & Experience Restrictions:

  • Only fresh pass-out students are eligible to apply.

  • Candidates must not have completed more than two years after obtaining their qualifying degree.

  • Candidates who already possess one year or more of job experience or prior apprenticeship training are strictly ineligible.

  • If the gap between the declaration of results and the commencement of training exceeds one year, the candidate must submit an affidavit confirming that they have not acquired job experience of one year or undergone apprenticeship training elsewhere under the Apprentices Act, 1961.

Monthly Stipend

• Monthly Stipend: Selected Graduate Apprentices will receive a consolidated stipend of Rs. 12,300/- per month during the one-year training period.

• No Employment Guarantee: The engagement is purely for apprenticeship training; it will not confer any right or claim for regular appointment or permanent absorption in Ordnance Factory Itarsi.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 Years as on the date of application.

• Upper Age Limit: There is no upper age limit for apprentice enrolment.

1. Download the prescribed application proforma published in the official notification.

2. Fill in all details carefully in block letters, including candidate name, father’s/husband’s name, postal address, contact details, date of birth, category, and degree marks.

3. Affix a recent passport-size photograph on the top-right corner of the application form and self-sign across the front of the photograph.
