Salary & Benefits

Selection Process
The selection of candidates for direct payment engagement will be carried out based on the following priority criteria:
1st Priority: Candidates currently or previously working as helpers, loaders, UGD helpers, cleaners, or sanitation workers in local bodies for at least 1 year (backed by ESI/PF or bank passbook payment records).
2nd Priority: One family member of deceased sanitation workers who worked on daily wage/outsource contract basis (including those affected during COVID-19).
3rd Priority: Local sanitation workers who worked at public toilets or Zero Waste Management units for at least 1 year.
Special Category: 10% seats are reserved under the Manual Scavengers Act (or allocated to victims/family members if eligible candidates are unavailable).
Fitness & Document Verification: Candidates must produce valid identity/age proofs, attendance records, and a medical fitness certificate from a recognized medical officer.
