UPESSC PGT Recruitment 2026: The Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC), Prayagraj has officially released the recruitment notification (Advt. No. 06/2026) for the post of Post Graduate Teacher (PGT / प्रवक्ता). Through this recruitment drive, a total of 2,607 vacancies will be filled across Non-Government Aided Secondary Schools (अशासकीय सहायता प्राप्त विद्यालय) in Uttar Pradesh for both Boys’ and Girls’ institutions.
Eligible candidates with relevant Post Graduate degrees and professional teaching qualifications can complete their One Time Registration (OTR) and apply online through the official portal from September 18, 2026, to October 17, 2026.

The selection for UPESSC PGT posts is conducted out of a total of 400 marks, combining an objective written test and an interview:

Interview Round
