The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has released Notification No. 21/2026 for the direct recruitment of Analyst Grade-II in the A.P. Pollution Control Board. APPSC Analyst Grade II 2026 Vacancy Details

The APPSC has announced a total of 18 vacancies for the Analyst Grade-II position in the A.P. Pollution Control Board. These state-wide vacancies are distributed among various categories including OC, EWS, BC, SC, and ST.

(Note: Horizontal reservations apply for Women, Meritorious Sports Persons, and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities.)

Educational Qualifications

• Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Bio-Chemistry, Biology, or Environmental Sciences from a recognized university in India.

• Individuals possessing a First Class degree will be given preference during the selection process.

APPSC Analyst Grade II Recruitment 2026 Salary

Appointed candidates will receive a monthly pay scale ranging from Rs. 48,440 to Rs. 1,37,220.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 years as on 01.07.2026.

• Maximum Age: 44 years as on 01.07.2026.

Selection Process

• Written Examination: An online Computer Based Recruitment Test (CBRT).

• Computer Proficiency Test (CPT): Provisionally shortlisted candidates must subsequently qualify in this test to be eligible for appointment.

Application Fee

• Application Processing Fee: Rs. 250/-.

• Examination Fee: Rs. 80/-.

• Fee Exemption: SC, ST, BC, PBDs, Ex-Servicemen, and specific eligible categories (including White Card holders and unemployed youth of A.P.) are completely exempted from the Rs. 80/- examination fee.

How to Apply

• The applicant must navigate to the official APPSC web portal at https://psc.ap.gov.in.

• The candidate must complete the One Time Profile Registration (OTPR) to generate a user ID if applying for the first time.

• The individual must log into the portal using the registered OTPR ID and password.

• The applicant must fill in all required bio-data particulars in the online application form accurately.

• The candidate must process the requisite fee payment through the designated online payment gateway.

• The individual must submit the completed application and retain the registered mobile number and email ID for future communication.
