UPESSC द्वारा अशासकीय सहायता प्राप्त विद्यालयों (Non-Government Aided Schools) में प्रधानाध्यापक पद के लिए कुल 1172 रिक्तियां निकाली गई हैं। ये सभी पद अनारक्षित (UR) श्रेणी के अंतर्गत आते हैं।

Note: Female candidates are eligible to apply for both boys’ and girls’ schools but must select only one category during the application process. Male candidates are not eligible to apply for girls’ schools.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification & Experience: Candidates must fulfill all three of the following conditions to be eligible for the post:

1. Must hold a Post Graduate degree with at least 50% marks from a recognized university or institution established by law in India.

2. Must possess a B.Ed. or B.P.Ed. degree from an NCTE-recognized curriculum.

3. Must have at least 4 years of teaching experience as a Lecturer or Assistant Teacher in higher classes (Class 9 to 12) of a recognized institution OR at least 4 years of working experience as a Head Master in a Junior High School.

   • The experience certificate must be issued by a competent authority (District level officer and countersigned by a Divisional level officer).

Age Limit:

• The minimum age limit is 30 years as of 01 July 2026.
• The superannuation (retirement) age for this post is 62 years.

Application Fee

Registration form submit करते समय candidates को online payment (Credit/Debit Card या Net Banking) के माध्यम से fee जमा करनी होगी:

• General / OBC / EWS: Rs. 1,500/-

• SC / ST / PwD (दिव्यांग): Rs. 1,500/-

Selection Process & Exam Pattern

The final merit list will be prepared out of 400 total marks, combining the scores of a written examination and an interview.

• Written Examination (360 Marks): The exam will consist of 120 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
• Interview (40 Marks): Candidates shortlisted based on the written test will be called for an interview.

Key Rules for the Written Exam

• Duration: The exam duration is 2 hours.
• Marking Scheme: Each correct answer carries 3 marks.
• Negative Marking: There is a penalty of 1 mark for every wrong or multiple answers given for a single question.
• Medium: The question paper will be available in both Hindi and English (except for language subjects).

How to Apply

1. UPESSC की official website पर जाएं।
2. सबसे पहले One Time Registration (OTR) प्रक्रिया पूरी करें।
3. OTR के बाद, Advertisement No. 09/2026 के लिए Online Application Form भरें।
4. अपने आवश्यक दस्तावेज, पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो (10-100 KB) और हस्ताक्षर (10-100 KB) सही format में अपलोड करें।
5. अपनी category के अनुसार Application Fee का online भुगतान करें (Debit/Credit Card या Net Banking के माध्यम से)।
6. Form submit करने के बाद, भविष्य के संदर्भ और साक्षात्कार (interview) के लिए application form की तीन प्रतियां (printouts) सुरक्षित रख लें।
