APPSC Endowment Executive Officer Recruitment 2026 Notification Out for 104 Grade-3 Posts

The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has released a brief recruitment notification (Notification No. 23/2026) for the direct recruitment of Executive Officer Grade-III in the A.P. Endowments Subordinate Service. This recruitment drive aims to fill 104 vacancies across the state under General Recruitment.

Eligible candidates holding a Bachelor’s Degree can submit their online applications between October 16, 2026, and November 5, 2026 through the official commission website.

APPSC Recruitment 2025: Eligibility Criteria

1. He / She is of sound health, active habits and free from any bodily defect or infirmity rendering him / her unfit for such service;
2. His / Her character and antecedents are such as to qualify him/her for such service;
3. He /She possesses the academic and other qualifications prescribed for the post; and
4. He/ She is a citizen of India.

Educational Qualifications

Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act or a State Act or Provincial Act or any other Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or any other equivalent qualifications.

Age Limit

Minimum 18 years & Maximum 42 years

Salary Details

Selected Candidates will Get Salary Rs. 25,220 – 80,910/- as per RPS 2022 as Per Regulations of APPSC

Application Fee

Applicant must pay Rs. 250/- (Rupees two hundred and fifty only) towards application processing fee and Rs 80/- (Rupees Eighty only) towards examination fee.

However, the following categories of candidates are exempted from payment of the examination fee of Rs . 80/- only.

1. SC, ST, BC, PBDs & Ex-Servicemen
2. Families having household supply white card
3. Un-employed youth

Selection Process & Examination Pattern

The selection process consists of a single-level Computer Based Recruitment Test (CBRT). No preliminary screening test will be conducted, regardless of applicant volume. If the exam is administered across multiple sessions, marks normalisation will be implemented as per commission guidelines.

Written Examination Scheme (Objective Type – Degree Standard)

• Negative Marking: $1/3^{\text{rd}}$ mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer across all objective-type questions.

Computer Proficiency Test (CPT)

Shortlisted candidates are required to pass a practical test in Office Automation and Computer Applications:

• Total Duration: 60 Minutes

• Total Marks: 100 Marks

• Minimum Qualifying Marks:

  • Open Category (OC): 40 Marks

  • Backward Classes (BC): 35 Marks

  • SC / ST / PwBD: 30 Marks

Paper-I: General Studies & Mental Ability

• National, international, and Andhra Pradesh current affairs

• General Science, Information Technology, and everyday technological applications

• History and Geography of India with particular emphasis on Andhra Pradesh

• Indian Polity, governance reforms, and public administration

• Indian economy, planning, environmental sustainability, and disaster management

• Analytical reasoning, mental ability, and statistical data interpretation

Paper-II: Hindu Philosophy & Temple System

• Ramayanam, Mahabharatham, and Bhagavatham: Characters, Kandaas/Parvaas/Skandams, dynasties, and places

• Hindu Puranams, Vedic culture, Upanishads, and Hindu festivals

• Temple Agamas: Vaishnavam (Vaikhanasam, Pancharathram, Chattada Srivaishnavam), Saivam (Smardham, Adi Saiva, Veera Saiva, etc.), and Sakteyam

• Hindu religious philosophies and preceptors: Alwars, Nayanars, Adi Sankaracharya, Ramanujacharya, Madhwacharya, and Basava

• Endowments Act 30/87: Duties of Executive Officers (Section 29), Temple income allocation (Section 57), and Land records/ROR Act provisions (Sections 75 to 86)

How to Apply Online for APPSC Executive Officer Recruitment 2026

STEP-I: The applicant desires to apply for the post shall login the Commission’s Website with his/her registered OTPR number. Candidate applying for the first time for any notification has to first fill the OTPR application carefully to obtain OTPR ID.   While filling the OTPR, the candidate has to ensure that the particulars are filled correctly. The Commission bears no responsibility for the mistakes, if any, made by the candidates. If candidates choose to modify they may do so by clicking the modify OTPR make the modification, save them and proceed to STEP-II.

STEP-II: The Applicant has to Login in the Commission’s website with the User Name (OTPR ID) and the Password set by Candidate. After Login, the Applicant has to click on the “Online Application Submission” present in the bottom right corner of the Commission’s website. The applicant now has to click on the Fill Application button against the notification number that he / she wants to apply.

STEP-III: After checking all the data and ensuring that the data is correct the applicant has to fill application specific data such as Local/Non Local status, White card details etc., which are also used to calculate the Fee. Hence if any details are to be changed, applicant should use the modify OTPR link, modify the details, save it and again click on online application submission.

STEP-IV: In any case if the payment process is not submitted successfully, then the applicant should start the fresh payment process as mentioned in STEP-II.

STEP-V: Once the application is submitted successfully, corrections in the application will be enabled after the last date of the submission of application and will be allowed up to 7 days only from the last date of applications.
