RCFL Management Trainee Vacancy Details

RCFL has announced a total of 94 tentative vacancies for the post of Management Trainee across 14 different disciplines. The distribution is subject to change based on the company’s requirements.

Educational Details

The cutoff date for determining the educational qualification is February 01, 2026.

• Engineering Disciplines (Chemical, Boiler, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Materials, Civil, Fire, IT, Industrial Engineering): Candidates must hold a regular, full-time 4-year B.E. / B.Tech. Engineering Graduate degree (or a 3-year degree after a diploma, or dual/integrated degrees) in the relevant discipline from a UGC/AICTE recognized institution.

• CC Lab: Ph.D. in Chemistry OR a regular full-time B.E./B.Tech in Chemical/Petrochemical Engineering/Technology.

• Rajbhasha: Master’s degree in Hindi with English as a subject, OR Master’s degree in English with Hindi as a subject, OR equivalent language combinations at the degree/master’s level.

• Finance: CA/CMA OR a regular full-time graduation degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (B.Com, BMS, BAF, BBA) along with a 2-year regular full-time MBA/MMS/PGDM with specialization in Finance.

• Marketing: Regular full-time Science/Engineering/Agriculture graduate along with a 2-year regular full-time MBA/MMS/PGDM with specialization in Marketing/Agri. Business Management/Agriculture.

• Minimum Percentage: Candidates must have secured a minimum of 60% aggregate in the final year of their qualifying degree (55% for SC/ST category candidates where vacancies are reserved). No percentage criteria apply for CA/CMA/Ph.D. candidates.

RCFL Management Trainee Salary

Selected candidates will undergo one year of training and will be offered a lump sum stipend of Rs. 60,000/- per month. After successfully completing the training, they will be absorbed in the E1 Grade in the pay scale of Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000/-. The minimum total monthly gross emoluments upon absorption will be approximately Rs. 86,320/- (including Basic Pay, VDA, Perks, and HRA).

Age Limit

The cutoff date for determining the age limit is February 01, 2026.

• Maximum Age Limit for UR/EWS: 27 years.

Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST (up to 32 years) and 3 years for OBC-NCL (up to 30 years). PwBD and children/family members of the victims of the 1984 riots also receive specific age relaxations as per government rules. (Note: MT Materials has an upper age limit of 32 for ST candidates, and CC LAB has 32 years for EWS Ph.D. candidates).

RCFL Management Trainee Notification 2026 Selection Process

The selection process consists of two main stages:

1. Online Test: A 90-minute computer-based objective test with 100 questions (50 discipline-related questions for 2 marks each, and 50 general aptitude questions for 1 mark each). There is negative marking for wrong answers.

2. Personal Interview: Candidates who qualify the online test will be called for an interview in a tentative ratio of 1:7 (7 candidates for 1 post).

• Final Merit List: The final selection will be based on 80% weightage given to the Online Test and 20% weightage given to the Personal Interview. Document verification and a pre-employment medical examination are also mandatory.

Application Fee

• General, OBC(NCL), and EWS candidates: Rs. 1000/- plus Bank Charges and applicable taxes (GST).

• SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM/Female candidates: Exempted from payment.

• Navigate to the “HR->RECRUITMENT” section and click on the “APPLY ONLINE” option for the Management Trainee recruitment.
• Click on the “Click here for New Registration” tab and enter your basic details to generate a Provisional Registration Number and Password.
• Log in and carefully fill in the application form with your personal, educational, and category details.
• Upload scanned copies of your recent passport-size photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration strictly as per the prescribed specifications.
• Upload all necessary educational and category documents in a single PDF file (max 500 kb).
• Verify all details using the “Preview” tab before clicking “COMPLETE REGISTRATION”.
• Pay the non-refundable application fee through the integrated online payment gateway.
