AIBE stands for All India Bar Examination, a national-level exam conducted by the Bar Council of India (BCI) for law graduates who want to practice in a court of law in India. Both 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB graduates are eligible to appear in the AIBE exam. Candidates who qualify in the AIBE exam are issued Certificates of Practice (COPs) that allow them to practice law in a court in India.
Why AIBE?
AIBE—All India Bar Examination is an entrance test to test the capability of Lawyers and Advocates to practice law in India. The Bar Association of India will conduct AIBE in 40 cities across India. Application Fee
The application fee for SC/ST is Rs. 2500, and the fee for General/OBC is Rs. 3560. Candidates can pay the fee through online mode. Once submitted, the fee is non-refundable.
