AP DEECET Phase-2 Counselling 2026 Web Options

The Andhra Pradesh Government has Started the AP DEECET 2nd Phase Counselling 2026. The Registrations for Second phase of Counselling for Andhra Pradesh DEECET/DIETCET (District Institutes of Educational and Training Common Entrance Test) are accepted from August 13 to August 16, 2026. All Qualified candidates can register for AP DEECET Counselling 2026 to get Seats in Colleges across Andhra Pradesh. Candidates who have registered their web options will be allotted seats between August 17 and August 20, 2026.

All Candidates who are qualified in AP DEECET 2026 can undergo this Counselling for Admission into 2-Year D.Ed. courses in Andhra Pradesh by Registering Online.

Therefore, all principals of the Government DIETs are requested to follow the guidelines already issued during the first phase of counselling at the time of certificate verification during the second phase of counselling for DEECET-2026. Additionally, we were requested to constitute two teams, as the number of colleges is below 30. Each team consists of One Lecturer, one operator, one superintendent/SA/ JA, and one office subordinate.

Earlier, the AP DEECET-2026 Applications were received from 31 March 2026 to 15 April 2026. Those who were qualified in the Exam can download the Rank Card from the official Website at apdeecet.apcfss. Immediately because it is required for AP DEECET Counselling 2026. Candidates should also note that the following Documents are required for Counselling. 

Certificates Required for AP DEECET Counselling 2026

The following documents are required for candidates attending Certificate verification as part of the counselling process.

•  Hard Copy of ONLINE application PDF of AP DEECET 2026.
• SSC or an equivalent certificate as proof of Date of Birth.
• Certificates of Qualifying examination (Intermediate or equivalent) as submitted in the ONLINE application.
• Transfer Certificate from the institution where the last studied.
• Study Certificate from Class 4 to 10. For a private study, a Residence Certificate is issued by the MRO. CONVENOR AP DEECET 2026
• Integrated Community certificate issued by MRO for candidates claiming admission under quota For reservation of BC / SC / ST categories.
• PH Certificate issued by the District Medical Board in case of candidates claiming reservation under quota for PH category.
• Special Category certificates issued by the concerned authority for candidates claiming admission under the quota of reservation for Special Categories (CAP, NCC, Sports,).
• Income certificate issued by Tahsildhar after 01.01.2026 of parent/s of SC & ST candidates whose income is less than Rs.2,00,000 per annum from all sources and Rs.1,00,000 in respect of BC candidates claiming exemption of Tuition fee (Rs.2385.00 in case of Colleges under Government Management and Tuition fee Rs.11000.00 in case of Colleges under Private Management)
