AP ECET B.Pharmacy Counselling 2026: The Department of Higher Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh, has officially issued the web counselling notification for AP ECET B.Pharmacy 2026 admissions. Qualified Diploma in Pharmacy candidates seeking lateral entry admission into second-year B.Pharmacy programs across university and private pharmacy colleges in Andhra Pradesh for the 2026–27 academic session can participate in the online counselling process through the official portal at cap.apcfss.in.

Academic Qualification

• Candidates must have secured a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in the Diploma in Pharmacy examination (40% for reserved categories: BC, SC, ST). Candidates qualifying from boards other than SBTET, Andhra Pradesh, must provide an equivalence certificate issued by SBTET, A.P.

  • SC / ST Candidates: Rs. 650/-

  • The processing fee must be submitted online using a debit card, credit card, or net banking via the counselling portal.

Tuition Fee Reimbursement Eligibility

• Candidates claiming tuition fee reimbursement must upload an Income Certificate issued on or after January 1, 2023. The upper age limit as of July 1, 2026, is 25 years for OC and 29 years for SC/ST/BC candidates.

AP ECET B.Pharmacy 2026 Counselling: Step-by-Step Registration Process

1. New Registration: Visit cap.apcfss.in, select “AP ECET” under the admission dropdown, and register using the ECET Hall Ticket Number, primary mobile number, government ID details, and Date of Birth to generate credentials.

2. Document Upload & Fee Payment: Log in using the registered credentials, complete the application form, upload clear scanned PDF copies of all necessary academic and reservation certificates, and make the non-refundable processing fee payment.

3. Certificate Verification:

   • General Candidates: Verification is completed online by officers at designated Help Line Centres (HLCs). Candidates do not need to visit an HLC in person unless flagged for data mismatch or unverified status.

   • Special Categories (PWD, CAP, NCC, Sports & Games, Scouts & Guides, Anglo-Indian): Verification is not conducted online. Candidates must report in person at Government Polytechnic, Near Benz Circle, Vijayawada on October 8, 2026, at 9:00 AM carrying original documents and four sets of photocopies.

Once certificate verification is approved, log in between October 7 and October 10 to select preferred pharmacy colleges and branches. Prepare a prioritized list on paper beforehand and select as many choices as possible to optimize allotment chances. Changes to submitted choices can be made on October 11, 2026, prior to automatic freezing at 10:00 PM.

1. Manual Preparation: Before accessing the portal, prepare a prioritized list of preferred branches and colleges on paper by consulting parents, relatives, or subject experts.

2. Device Selection: Access the portal using a computer at home or an Internet Centre, as candidates are strictly advised to avoid using mobile phones for option entry to prevent technical inconvenience.

3. Login and Authentication: Log in to the web portal. Keep your registered mobile phone active and accessible to receive mandatory OTPs and allotment messages, and ensure the OTP is kept confidential.

4. Entering Options: Enter as many college and branch preferences as possible to maximize the chances of securing a seat and avoid disappointment.

5. Freezing and Modification: Save your selected choices. Candidates can click the “Freeze” button to lock their preferences, after which immediate modifications cannot be made. A final, one-day window to change or modify these options is available on October 11, 2026, before they freeze permanently at 10:00 p.m..

6. Finalizing: If exercising options from a public Internet Centre, ensure you log out completely after saving to maintain account security. Take a printout of the final saved options for your records and future reference.
