AP PGECET 2025 Counselling Schedule for Registration and Certificate verification has been released. As per the Notification released by SVU Tirupati on behalf of APSCHE, AP PGECET GATE/GPAT Counselling Starts on July 14, 2025, and the Last date is July 16, 2025. The qualified and eligible candidates of GATE/GPAT and APPGECET-2025 are informed to attend APPGECET-2025 web counselling for admission into M.Tech/M.Pharmacy/Pharm.D (PB) courses for the academic year 2025-26 as per the schedule given below at any one of the Helpline Centres.
AP PGECET 2025 Counselling Fee
APPGECET-2025 qualified candidates have to pay the counselling fee through online in pgecet-sche.aptonline.in.
Candidates have to pay a non-refundable counselling fee of Rs.1000/- for OC/BC/EWS and Rs.500/- for SC/ST candidates before he/she attends certificate verification. Counselling fee shall be paid online using credit card/debit card/net banking options.
Enter APPGECET-2025 Hall Ticket number & rank, and click on pay fee online. Select any one mode of payment credit card/debit card/net banking and enter credentials. Once the transaction is successful, note the transaction ID and inform at the time of online certificate verification.
AP PGECET Counselling 2025 Notification PDF
The qualified and eligible candidates of APPGCET-2025 are informed to register and participate in the APPGCET-2025 web counseling for Admission into first year of various P.G. Courses (M.A., M.Com., M.Sc., MCJ, M.J.M.C., M.Lib.I.Sc., M.Ed., M.P.Ed., M.Sc.Tech. etc.) begin offered by constituent and affiliated colleges of various universities in the state of Andhra Pradesh for the Academic Year 2025-26. - Candidates are informed that they should satisfy the admission rules prescribed in the related G.O. besides satisfying the eligibility criteria of the respective universities and should be prepared to pay the tuition fee as applicable
- The leftover seats after allotment for GATE / GPAT Candidates will be available for APPGECET-2025 candidates.
- This notification itself is a call for counselling. No separate call letters will be sent to the individual candidates.
- Mere attending Web counselling does not guarantee a seat.

- Certificate verification for the uploaded certificates will be done by concerned authorities by online. Candidates need not visit the HLCs physically for verification.
- Special category Candidates (i.e. PH, NCC, CAP and Sports & Games) are directed to attend physically at Government Polytechnic, Vijayawada for verification of all certificates after uploading the certificates in the registration form as per the schedule.

AP PGECET Counselling Process 2025

COUNSELLING SCHEDULE (Certificate Verification & Option Entry) FOR APPGECET-2025
Certificate verification
The applicants who are appearing for the AP PGECET counselling have to verify certificates. The candidates have to go for the nearest helpline centres and get verify of the documents. After completion of certificate verification you need to pay the counselling registration fee for each category. For general have to pay 1000/- and the applicants belong to SC, ST have to pay 500/- in online. After paying the counselling fee you have to take the receipt from the cash counter.
AP PGECET Web Option Entry
The second step is web option entry. The aspirants after completion of certificate verification all the aspirants have to lock their choices. The candidate after filling the choices take a print out of choice filling for the future reference.
Reporting to the allotted colleges and Seat Allotment
Applicants check the seat allotment lists in online mode only. The candidates seats allotted on the basis of ranks and filling choices. The candidates who got the seat allotment lists will informed through SMS through your registered mobiles. After publishing the seat allotment results you have to report the allotted colleges before the duration of time.
