Salary and Benefits
Basic Pay: ₹21,000 per month
Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA): As applicable
Special Allowance: 5% of Basic Pay
Annual Increment: 3% on Basic Pay upon successful completion of each tenure
Additional Benefits: ₹3,000 per month for medical, conveyance, etc.; Provident Fund and Gratuity as per rules
Age Limit
Maximum Age: 35 years as of 3 November 2025
Relaxations:
SC/ST: 5 years
OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
PwBD: 10 years (in addition to category relaxation)
Ex-Servicemen: As per government norms
The maximum age limit after all relaxations shall not exceed 55 years.
Selection Process
Shortlisting: Based on qualifications and experience.
Document Verification: Verification of original documents.
Trade Test: Practical test (qualifying in nature).
Preference will be given to:
HVF Ex-Trade Apprentices
OFB Ex-Trade Apprentices
Other NTC/NAC holders
Class 10th pass with relevant experience
