Education Qualification & Experience

Candidates must possess the following academic qualifications and experience as of the date of eligibility mentioned in the official notification:

Educational Qualification: A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India / Govt. bodies / AICTE.

Preference: Preference will be given to candidates possessing a CA / CMA / CFA / CS or a Full-time MBA / PGDM / PGDBM in Finance/Banking/Marketing.

Experience: Minimum work experience (ranging from 3 to 8 years depending on the Scale) in Credit appraisal, Relationship Management, or MSME Banking in a Scheduled Commercial Bank, NBFC, or Financial Institution is required.

Salary Structure

Selected candidates will be placed in the respective MMG/SMG Scales with the following approximate pay scales (excluding allowances):

• MMG Scale II: Rs. 64,820 x 2340 (1) – 67,160 x 2680 (10) – 93,960
• MMG Scale III: Rs. 85,920 x 2680 (5) – 99,320 x 2980 (2) – 1,05,280

(Pay scales are subject to revision as per industry standards and include DA, HRA, CCA, etc.)

Age Limit
