Education Details
For Telecom Stream: Candidates must possess a full-time regular B.E. / B.Tech degree (or equivalent engineering degree) with at least 60% marks in Electronics & Telecommunication, Electronics, Computer Science, IT, Electrical, or Instrumentation.
For Finance Stream: Candidates must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) from a recognized institute in India.
Salary (Pay Scale)
Selected candidates will be placed in the IDA Pay Scale [E-3] of Rs. 24,900 – Rs. 50,500/- (pre-revised). In addition to the basic pay, employees are entitled to Dearness Allowance (IDA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Medical Benefits, and other perks as per BSNL company rules.
