Education Details
Graduate Apprentice: Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant discipline (Electrical/EEE/Mechanical) from a recognized university or institute.
General Stream Graduate: Must hold a valid Bachelor’s Degree in B.Sc, BBA, or B.Com from a recognized university.
Diploma Apprentice: Must have passed a Diploma in the relevant engineering discipline from a recognized institute.
Monthly Stipend

Age Limit & Eligibility
The applicant must be a domicile of Chhattisgarh State. While a specific age limit is not explicitly outlined, candidates who completed their graduation or diploma more than five (5) years ago are not eligible for this training program. Additionally, candidates with one year or more of work experience, or those who have already completed an apprenticeship elsewhere, are disqualified from applying.
Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be strictly merit-based. The merit list will be prepared according to the marks obtained by the candidates in their respective Graduate or Diploma degree examinations.

Register on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal at www.nats.education.gov.in to generate your Registration Number.
Download the official application form attached to the CSPDCL notification.
Fill out the application form carefully with your correct personal and academic details.
Attach photocopies of necessary documents: 10th and 12th marksheets, Degree/Diploma certificate, valid Caste Certificate (if applicable), Domicile Certificate of Chhattisgarh, and your NATS Registration Form.
Place the completed application and documents inside a 36.5 x 25.5 CM sealed envelope.
Clearly write the following mandatory details on top of the envelope: NATS Reg No., Category, Year of Passing, Post Applied For, Branch, and Percentage.
