The crucial date for reckoning the age limit and essential qualification is the last date of receipt of application. However, age relaxation will be applicable as per Government instructions:-
- 03 years for the candidates belonging to OBC,
- 05 years for the candidates belonging to SC/ST Category,
- 10 years for the candidates belonging to Physically Handicapped. (Additional 05 years in case of Physically Handicapped belonging to SC, ST and 03 years for OBC category),
- Ex-servicemen: Ex-servicemen who have rendered not less than 06 months of continuous service after attestation in the Armed Forces shall be allowed to deduct the full period of such service from their actual age and if the resultant age does not exceed the prescribed maximum age by more than three years, they shall be deemed to be within age limits.
- Central Government Civilian Employees who have rendered not less than 3 years of regular and continuous service as on closing date of receipt of online application – upto 40 years of age and upto 45 years of age for SC/ST .
- Widows / Divorced Women / Women judicially separated and who are not remarried – upto 35 years of age and upto 40 years of aged for SC/ST.
Selection Process
Selection will be made on the basis of competitive examination which will consist of two parts:-
- Written Examination of 100 marks.
- Typing test/short hand test/trade test wherever applicable to the post & will be of qualifying nature.
