The Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra, has announced the Final Merit list for Polytechnic Admissions for the academic year 2025-26. Candidates who Applied for diploma-level polytechnic programmes can check the DTE CET Maharashtra Polytechnic Final Merit List on the official Website at poly25.dtemaharashtra.gov.in.
Final Merit List for Admission to First Year Post SSC Diploma Technical Courses in Engineering/Technology for the Academic Year 2025-26 For All India Candidates has been Published On 07-07-2025. Outside Maharashtra State Candidates are eligible for admissions through Institutional Quota Only. All the eligible Candidates who have submitted the Application Form on or before 04-07-2025 and who have raised grievances from 03-07-2025 to 05-07-2025 are considered for the Final Merit List and assigned a Merit Number. The merit is prepared on the basis of marks obtained by the candidate at the qualifying examination and in case of tie as specified in the Information Brochure.

What after Merit list
Eligible candidates must participate in the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) by submitting and confirming their online option forms. The window for CAP Round 1 submissions opens on July 8 and will close on July 10, 2025. Only those who complete the process within this timeline will be considered for seat allocation.
Important Instructions for the Candidate
1. Check the Final Merit Status through candidate’s Login & Verify the correctness of the Final Merit Number .
2. Candidate shall ensure that the information shown on the Final Merit details of his/her claims related with Name, Qualifying Marks, category, gender, reservation, special reservation made by himself/herself in the
applications form are correct.
3. In later stage, if it is found that the seat allotted to the candidate is based on the false claims made in the application by the candidate, then such allotment/admission in the allotted institute shall be cancelled automatically.
4. The merit list gives the relative position of the candidate and it does not guarantee admission to any course/institute.
5.In order to participate in the CAP (subject to fulfillment of the eligibility requirements of respective CAP round), it is MANDATORY to fill & Confirm the Online Option Form through Candidates Login for respective CAP Round. Check Schedule of Activities on website.
