Educational Qualifications
Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
Graduate Apprentice:
- B.Tech/B.E. in relevant disciplines
- BCA/MCA in Computer Science/Information Technology
- B.Sc. (Physics/Mathematics)
- B.Lib. (Library Science)
Diploma Apprentice:
- Diploma in Engineering in relevant disciplines
- Diploma in Library Science
Stipend Details
The stipend for the apprentice positions is as follows:
Graduate Apprentice: ₹9,000 per month
Diploma Apprentice: ₹8,000 per month
This stipend is provided for the duration of the apprenticeship training.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 27 years as of 1st October 2025
Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms for reserved categories.
Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates will be called for an Interview and Document verification to assess their suitability for the apprenticeship roles.
Note: The selection process may vary depending on the number of applications received.

Before sending an Application, every candidate must register on the NATS Portal (If not done earlier)
Later, he has to obtain the application form from the official DTU website or the NATS portal.
Complete the application form with accurate details.
Attach self-attested copies of the following documents:
- Educational certificates and mark sheets
- Proof of date of birth
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
- NATS registration proof
- Passport-sized photographs
