Selection Process

Standard Process: For most posts, the selection involves a Group Discussion (GD) and a Personal Interview.
Specialized Tests:
Senior Officer (Fire & Safety): Includes a Physical Endurance Test (PET) followed by an Interview.
Senior Officer (Medical Services): Includes a Writing Exercise or skill assessment tool, followed by an Interview.
Officer (Official Language): Includes a Skill Test (English to Hindi translation and vice-versa) and an Interview.
Candidates must secure minimum qualifying marks in each stage to be considered for the final merit list.
