GAIL Executive Salary Structure (Emoluments)

Selected candidates will receive competitive pay scales under the Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) pattern. The package includes Basic Pay, VDA, Perks & Allowances under the Cafeteria Approach, HRA/Leased Accommodation, medical facilities, and comprehensive superannuation benefits.

Selection Process

  • Standard Process: For most posts, the selection involves a Group Discussion (GD) and a Personal Interview.

  • Specialized Tests:

    • Senior Officer (Fire & Safety): Includes a Physical Endurance Test (PET) followed by an Interview.

    • Senior Officer (Medical Services): Includes a Writing Exercise or skill assessment tool, followed by an Interview.

    • Officer (Official Language): Includes a Skill Test (English to Hindi translation and vice-versa) and an Interview.

Candidates must secure minimum qualifying marks in each stage to be considered for the final merit list.
