Gujarat Subordinate Service Selection Board has officially released the GSSSB Bin Sachivalay Clerk Syllabus 2025 for candidates seeking upcoming Recruitment. Around 4000 posts will be filled for roles like Junior Clerk, Senior Clerk, Head Clerk, Office Assistant, and more in Gujarat Government offices.  

Candidates who have completed their graduation from a recognized university and fall within the age range of 20 to 35 years can apply for these posts, which carries a salary of Rs. 40,800/-. GSSSB Bin Sachivalay Clerk Selection Process

Thse candidates will be Selected in three processes. It starts with an Initial Screening test and ends with Document verification. 

  1. Preliminary Examination:
    • Candidates initially participate in a Preliminary Examination, which is a Computer-Based Test. Success in this stage qualifies candidates for the next level of the selection process.
  2. Mains Examination:
    • Those who clear the Preliminary Examination move on to the Mains Examination. This phase is designed to assess candidates in more depth on the relevant subjects. Success in the Mains Examination is crucial for advancing to the next stage.
  3. Document Verification:
    • Following the Mains Examination, candidates who successfully qualify undergo a Document Verification process. During this stage, the authenticity of the submitted documents is verified. It is an essential step in the selection process.

GSSSB Bin Sachivalay Clerk Exam Pattern – Prelims Exam

  • The Screening test will be for 100 Marks.
  • The Total duration is 60 Minutes.
  • 1 mark for each correct answer.
  • 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.

  • The main examination lasts for 9 Hours
