Selection Process
The selection process involves a screening test, followed by document verification.
Written/Computer Based Test (CBT): The test will be 1.5 hours (one and a half hours) long, consisting of 120 objective-type multiple-choice questions, with each question carrying 1 mark.
Syllabus Weightage:
Subjects related to the essential qualification level: 85 questions.
General Knowledge (including HP GK, Current Affairs), Everyday Science, Logical Reasoning, Social Science, General English, and General Hindi (Matric Standard): 35 questions.
Qualifying Marks: Candidates must secure a minimum of 45% marks if they belong to the General category, or 40% marks for SC/ST/OBC/WFF candidates, though the Aayog may relax these percentages by up to 5% if necessary.
Normalization: Scores will be normalized using the Z-Score Method in case the CBT is conducted in multiple shifts.
