HSSC CET Syllabus 2025: The Haryana Staff Selection Commission has issued the HSSC CET Syllabus 2025 online. Candidates must Start preparation for September 2025 Exam along with Haryana CET Group C Exam Pattern and Syllabus. Qualification for Haryana CET

The minimum educational qualification shall be class 10+2/equivalent or Matric with additional qualification, for eligibility to appear in CET for Group C posts. The minimum qualification shall be Matric alongwith Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subjects in Matric or Hindi as one of the subjects in Higher Standard or as per provision in Haryana Group D Employees (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2018 (5 of 2018) for eligibility to appear in CET for Group D posts.

Haryana HSSC CET Exam Pattern 2025

An applicant who intends to apply for direct recruitment to any applicable Group C post shall have to appear in CET for Group C posts. Below is the detailed syllabus for both the preliminary and main exams.

HSSC CET Exam Pattern 2025 – Prelims Exam

The detailed exam pattern of the Haryana Common Eligibility Test is as follows:

All questions shall be compulsory. Question paper shall be Bilingual (English & Hindi).
The exam is an Offline (OMR based) written examination with Objective Questions.
There shall be no negative marking for wrong answer. The total no. of questions will be 100 with weightage of 0.975 marks for each question.
The exam is 1 hour and 30 minutes long.
A candidate has to fill one option compulsorily out of five options given.
In case a candidate doesn’t mark any of the five options for a question then 0.975 marks for each unattempted question shall be deducted.
