Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Limited (HURL) Education Details
- Officer/Assistant Manager (Marketing & Import/Export): B.Sc. (Agri) + M.Sc. (Agri) (min 60%) OR B.Sc./B.Tech + MBA/PGDBM (Marketing/Agri-Business/Rural Management).
- Jr Engineer Assistant (Chemical): 3-year Diploma in Chemical/Chemical Technology/Mechanical OR B.Sc. (PCM) with 50% marks.
- Jr Engineer Assistant (UPH / QA&I): 3-year Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (min 50%).
- Jr Engineer Assistant (Instrumentation): 3-year Diploma in Instrumentation/Electronics-related fields (min 50%).
Relevant post-qualification experience is mandatory as per official notification.
Salary
- E-1 (Officer): Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000 | Approx CTC: 14.50 LPA
- E-2 (Assistant Manager): Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000 | Approx CTC: 18.10 LPA
- L0 (Jr Engineer Assistant): Rs. 25,000 – 86,400 | Approx CTC: 8.40 LPA
Age Limit (As on 31/12/2025)
- Officer: Maximum 30 years
- Assistant Manager: Maximum 35 years
- Junior Engineer Assistant: Maximum 30 years
