ICSI CS December 2025 Examination: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has reopened the registration window for the Company Secretary (CS) December 2025 examinations. ICSI CS December 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Executive Programme: Candidates must have cleared the CSEET (Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test) or possess equivalent qualifications such as CA Foundation, CMA Foundation, or other recognized degrees as per ICSI norms.
Professional Programme: Only those who have successfully completed the Executive Programme are eligible to register for the Professional level exams.

Eligibility Criteria
Executive Program:
Completion of Class 12 or equivalent.
Pass in CS Foundation or CSEET (Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test).
Graduates/Postgraduates in any discipline (except Fine Arts) can directly register.
Professional Program:
Completion of CS Executive Program.
Age Limit:
Minimum age: 17 years.
No upper age limit.
Nationality:
Open to Indian citizens and eligible foreign nationals.
