These exams are scheduled to take place from December 22 to December 29, 2025, across various centres in India and abroad, including Dubai.

ICSI CS December 2025 Registration
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has started the registration process for the ICSI Company Secretary (CS) Executive and CS Professional exams 2025 December session on 26th August 2025. Interested and Eligible candidates can apply online for the ICSI CS December 2025 exams through the official website at icsi.edu. The Last Date for Registration is 25th September 2025. As per the Schedule, the ICSI CS Executive and Professional December 2025 exams will be held from December 22 to December 29, 2025. Those who miss the deadline can still apply until October 10, 2025, with a late fee of ₹250.

ICSI CS December 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Executive Programme: Candidates must have cleared the CSEET (Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test) or possess equivalent qualifications such as CA Foundation, CMA Foundation, or other recognized degrees as per ICSI norms.

Professional Programme: Only those who have successfully completed the Executive Programme are eligible to register for the Professional level exams.
