Education Details
- Foreman (Various Disciplines): Candidates generally must hold a Diploma in the relevant Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, etc.) from a recognized institution, coupled with specified years of technical experience. They must be holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre/department.
- Tradesman Mate: Requires a 10th Standard pass from a recognized Board and a Certificate from a recognized ITI in the relevant trade.
Salary
- Foreman Posts: Pay Level-7 (₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400)
- Tradesman Mate: Pay Level-1 (₹18,000 – ₹56,900)
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 56 years as of the closing date of the receipt of applications.
Selection Process
The selection for these deputation and absorption roles involves:
- Scrutiny of Applications: Checking eligibility criteria, APAR/CR dossiers, and vigilance clearance.
- Shortlisting: Based on service records and relevant experience.
- Document Verification: Validating educational and service documents.
