INSA FAST-SF 2027: Eligible States and Union Territories

The FAST-SF 2027 program is specifically restricted to students and teachers studying or working in higher educational institutions located within the following regions:

• North-Eastern States: Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura

• Other Focus States: Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, and Uttarakhand

• Union Territories: Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, Jammu & Kashmir, and Ladakh

Eligible candidates must be enrolled in or employed at colleges or universities affiliated with UGC, AICTE, MCI, accredited institutions, or recognized private universities within these territories.
