Education Details
Candidates must possess the required qualification from a recognized Institute/University as a regular full-time course with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/PwBD candidates).
Trade Apprentice (Attendant Operator): B.Sc. (Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry).
Trade Apprentice (Fitter): Matric with 2-year ITI (Fitter) course.
Trade Apprentice (Boiler): B.Sc. (Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry).
Technician Apprentice (All Disciplines): 3 Years Diploma in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, etc.).
Trade Apprentice (Secretarial Assistant): B.A. / B.Sc. / B.Com.
Trade Apprentice (Accountant): Graduate in Commerce (B.Com).
Trade Apprentice (Data Entry Operator): Class XII pass (Fresher) or Class XII pass with Skill Certificate Holder.
Stipend Details
Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend as per the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973 and Corporation guidelines.
Note: No HRA or company accommodation will be provided.

Selection Process
The selection methodology is purely based on Merit, calculated using the percentage of marks obtained in the prescribed educational qualification.
Merit List: Prepared based on marks in the qualifying exam (ITI/Diploma/Degree/12th).
Document Verification (DV): Shortlisted candidates must produce original documents.
Pre-Engagement Medical Exam: Candidates must meet the physical fitness standards of IOCL.
Tie-Breaking Rule: If marks are equal, the older candidate is preferred. If age is also same, the candidate with higher marks in Matriculation (Class 10) is selected.
