Vacancy Details

IRCTC is recruiting for 64 Hospitality Monitor positions across various locations in India. These roles are on a contractual basis, offering candidates an opportunity to work in the dynamic field of railway catering and tourism services.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from a recognised institute.

• BBA/MBA in Culinary Arts from the Indian Culinary Institute under the Ministry of Tourism.

• B.Sc. in Hotel Management and Catering Science from a government-recognised university.

• MBA in Tourism and Hotel Management from a government-recognised university.

Note: Candidates who have completed their degrees before 2024 can apply.

Salary

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration of ₹30,000, inclusive of statutory deductions and applicable allowances.

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 28 years as of 1st October 2025.

• Age Relaxation:

  • OBC candidates: 3 years

  • SC/ST candidates: 5 years

  • PwBD candidates: 10 years

Selection Process

The selection process will consist of:

• Walk-in Interview: Candidates will be assessed based on their qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role.

• Medical Examination: Post-selection, candidates will undergo a medical fitness test as per IRCTC standards.
