Eligibility Criteria
Education Qualification: Candidates must hold an MBBS degree along with a Post Graduate Degree or Diploma from any NMC (National Medical Commission) recognized institution in the relevant specialization (e.g., Gynecology, ENT, Pediatrics, etc.).
Age Limit (as on 01/03/2025):
Minimum Age: 21 Years
Maximum Age: 69 Years
Salary Structure (Bidding Process)
This recruitment follows a bidding model. Candidates are allowed to quote their monthly remuneration for their chosen facility.
Maximum Bid Amount: Not more than Rs. 3,00,000/- (3 Lakhs) per month.
Performance Allowance: Given after one year of service.
The bid proposal for monthly remuneration is considered final.
Selection Process
The selection is based purely on a Bidding Process:
L1 Bidder Selection: The candidate quoting the lowest price (L1) for a specific facility will be offered the post.
Tie-Breaker: In case of similar quoted rates, preference is given in the following descending order:
Degree holders preferred over Diploma holders.
Number of years of experience.
Date of birth (Seniority).
Other criteria by the Dept of Personnel Administrative Reforms.
