Kadapa DCCB Recruitment 2026 Out; Staff Assistant, Assistant Manager Posts

The Kadapa District Cooperative Central Bank Ltd. (Kadapa DCCB), Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh, has released two separate recruitment notifications for the posts of Assistant Manager and Staff Assistants. A total of 63 vacancies are available for eligible candidates who are local to the erstwhile Kadapa District. Selection will be based on performance in an online competitive test, with no interview process. Vacancy Details

The Kadapa DCCB has announced 63 vacancies for 2026, including 23 Assistant Manager posts and 40 Staff Assistant posts (31 open market and 9 PACS in-service quota) for eligible local candidates of the erstwhile Kadapa district.

Education Details

• Assistant Manager:

  • First-class graduation in any discipline OR High second class in Commerce (aggregate of 55% and above) OR Post Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

  • Essential knowledge of English, proficiency in the local language (Telugu), and working knowledge of computers are required.

• Staff Assistant (Open Market):

  • Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.

  • Essential knowledge of English, proficiency in local language (Telugu), and working knowledge of computers are required.

• Staff Assistant (PACS In-Service):

  • Intermediate plus JDC/HDC/DCRS OR Graduation from a recognized university.

  • Minimum 10 years of continuous service in Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS) affiliated to Kadapa DCCB.

• Note: Candidates must fulfill the local candidate status of erstwhile Kadapa district based on study or residency rules.

Salary

• Assistant Manager: Pay Scale Rs. 40,480 – 80,560/- (starting total emoluments around Rs. 62,571/- per month inclusive of DA & HRA).

• Staff Assistant: Pay Scale Rs. 24,050 – 64,480/- (starting total emoluments around Rs. 47,000/- per month inclusive of DA & HRA).

Age Limit

Calculated as on 01.06.2026:

• Minimum Age: 20 years

• Maximum Age: 30 years (Born between 02.06.1996 and 01.06.2006).

• Age Relaxations:

  • SC / ST Candidates: 5 years

  • BC Candidates: 3 years

  • PwBD (General): 10 years

  • PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years

  • PwBD (BC): 13 years

  • Ex-Servicemen: Actual period of service rendered + 3 years (up to 50 years max)

  • PACS In-Service Staff: Upper age limit relaxed up to 45 years (up to 50 years for reserved categories).

Selection Process

1. Online Examination: Selection for both Assistant Manager and Staff Assistant positions is conducted purely through an online objective test.

2. Exam Pattern (Open Market AM & SA):

   • The test consists of 200 questions for 200 marks across Reasoning (50m), Quantitative Aptitude (50m), English Language (40m), General/Financial Awareness (40m), and Computer Knowledge (20m).

   • Total composite time: 120 minutes (2 hours).

   • Negative marking: 0.25 marks deducted for each wrong answer.

3. Exam Pattern (PACS In-Service SA): 50 questions for 100 marks covering “Working and Functions of PACS” with 60 minutes duration and 0.25 negative marking.

4. No Interview: Selection is finalized based on merit rankings in the online test.

• OC / BC / EWS Candidates: Rs. 826/- (inclusive of GST)

How to Apply

2. Click on the “APPLY ONLINE” option on the home page.
3. Choose “Click here for New Registration” and fill in your basic details to obtain a Provisional Registration Number and Password.
4. Complete the online application form with educational, personal, and domicile details.
5. Upload scanned copies of photograph (4.5cm x 3.5cm), signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration in English.
6. Capture and upload a live photo using a webcam or mobile camera as required by the application system.
7. Preview the application form to confirm all entries before clicking “COMPLETED REGISTRATION”.
8. Pay the application fee online through the integrated payment gateway.
9. Print the e-receipt and the submitted application form for future reference.
