Pharm and Pharm-D (Post Baccalaureate) in Government colleges and Government seats in Private Aided / un-aided Minority & nonminority Colleges in Karnataka for the academic year 2026-27. Admission to M.Sc Nursing, Master of Physiotherapy, M. Pharm and Pharm-D (Post Baccalaureate) Courses will be taken based on Post Graduate Common Entrance Test – 2026 (Karnataka PGCET 2026). Karnataka PGCET Notification 2026
The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA), Bengaluru is the designated agency of Government of Karnataka conducting Online / Offline Counseling for allotment of seats for admission to Post Graduate Degree / Diploma Courses in Medical / Dental subjects in Government Medical and Dental colleges, Government Quota seats in Private and Minority Medical and Dental Colleges and Private seats in Private Medical and Dental colleges (KPCF, KRLMPCA, AMPCK & Private Universities) located in the State of Karnataka for the academic year 2026-27.
These admissions in the State of Karnataka are as per the provisions of Karnataka Conduct of Entrance Test for Selection and Admission to Post Graduate Medical and Dental Degree and Diploma Courses Rules 2006 as amended from time to time and as per the guidelines of MCI / DCI / Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, GOI / Government of India / Director Medical Education, Karnataka / PG Entrance Test Committee and orders of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India on the conduct of Centralized Counseling for the seats to be notified by the Karnataka State Government, in Government, KPCF, KRLMPCA, AMPCK and private university institutions.

Karnataka PGCET Registration Fee
The application fee varies based on the candidate’s category. It must be paid using the prescribed methods detailed on the application portal.
General and OBC Candidates: Rs. 650/-
SC / ST / Category-I Candidates (Karnataka origin only): Rs. 500/-
Karnataka PGCET 2026: Eligibility
To participate in the Karnataka PGCET 2026, applicants must fulfill specific educational criteria based on their desired course.
For MBA/MCA: Candidates must possess a recognized Bachelor’s degree with a minimum aggregate of 50%. For candidates belonging to reserved categories (SC/ST/Category-I of Karnataka origin), the minimum requirement is 45%.
For M.E./M.Tech/M.Arch: A valid B.E./B.Tech/B.Arch degree or equivalent is required with at least 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved categories).
Part-Time Courses: Applicants pursuing part-time postgraduate programs must have a minimum of three years of relevant professional work experience.

- Register as a new user by entering basic details such as name, date of birth, mobile number, and email ID.
- Log in using the generated credentials and accurately complete the detailed application form with personal and academic information.
- Upload scanned copies of required documents, including a passport-size photograph, signature, and left-thumb impression, strictly adhering to the specified file dimensions.
- Proceed to submit the application fee as per the applicable category.
- Review all entered information thoroughly before the final submission, as corrections may not be permitted later.
- Download and print the final confirmation page for future reference.
Certificates to be produced at the time of Document Verification:
- S.S.L.C. Marks Card (For age proof and parent’s name).
- Birth Certificate/Cumulative Record/any other certificate for proof of place of birth.
- B.Sc (Nursing)/PC B.Sc (Nursing)/BPT Marks Card / B.Pharm Marks Card of all Phases/Years
- Degree Certificate issued by the University
- Attempt Certificate issued by the Principal of concerned college
- Compulsory Rotatory Internship/Industrial Training Completion Certificate or Certificate indicating the likely date of completion, issued by the Principal of the College.
- Council/Board Registration Certificate. B.Sc (Nursing), PC B.Sc Nursing/ BPT / B.Pharm.
- Professional Experience Certificate in case of Nursing
- Domicile Certificate issued by the Tahashildar of Karnataka or Study Certificate from 1st to 10th Standard.
- Valid Income & Category Certificate obtained from the concerned Tahashildar of Karnataka, if reservation is claimed.

- As per G.O No. DPAR 20 SBC 82, dated 28th December,1983 in case of Married women category certificate in the name of candidate name along with Husband’s name.
