Educational Qualification
Candidates must meet one of the following academic criteria from a recognized university or institution:
Bachelor’s Degree: Degree in Planning (4 Years duration).
Master’s Degree: M.Plan in Town / City / Urban / Housing / Regional / Transport / Environmental / Infrastructure Planning or Landscape Architecture / Urban Design.
Certification: Passed the A.I.T.P. (Associate Institute of Town Planners) Examination.
Salary Structure
Selected candidates will be appointed to a permanent Gazetted Class-II post.
Pay Scale: ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500
Grade Pay/Level: Level-10 (As per 7th Pay Commission Matrix applicable in MP).
Age Limit
Reference Date: Age will be calculated as of January 01, 2027.

- Maximum Age: 40 Years.

Selection Process
The recruitment process involves two main stages:
