The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has released the NEET PG 2025 Notification. The bulletin also mentions Details such as Important Dates, Information, and Eligibility Criteria.

As mentioned in the Prospectus, The online submission of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for postgraduate exams (NEET-PG) application forms for the exam will begin on April 17, 2025, and will conclude on May 7, 2025. The examination has been scheduled for June 15, 2025 and the results will be announced on July 15, 2025.  NEET PG counselling process will be organized from August to October. The academic session will begin on September 16 and the last date for joining is October 21. 

What is NEET PG 2025?

NEET-PG is a single entrance examination conducted by the National Board of Examination (NBE) for admission to various MD/MS and PG diploma courses. It is a national-level exam administered throughout India. Every year, the NEET PG Exam offers admission to eligible candidates into the Doctor of Medicine (MD), Master of Surgery (MS), and Postgraduate Diploma Courses. Candidates qualified in the NEET PG 2025 are eligible to be admitted to Universities or private colleges in India.

• Candidates should have an MBBS degree or Provisional MBBS Pass Certificate recognized as per the provisions of the Indian Medical Council Act 1956 and possess a permanent or provisional registration certificate of MBBS qualification issued by the Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.
• Candidates have completed one year of internship or are likely to complete the internship on or before 31st March 2019
• Candidates who are completed MBBS from the Jammu & Kashmir State are not eligible to apply.
• Candidates nominated by the Government of India to do MBBS from Medical Colleges in Jammu & Kashmir shall be eligible for All India 50% quota seats. Candidates must submit a duly signed affidavit declaring that the Government of India nominated them to do MBBS from Medical Colleges in Jammu & Kashmir.

How to fill NEET PG Application Form 2025

• Visit the official Website of NBE i.e. nbe.edu.in
• Click on NEET PG 2025 on the home page
• Click on the New Registration tab on main page
• Fill out the application form with the required details
• Upload the scanned copy of the Photograph, signature, and Other required documents
• Make a Payment of Application fee through Online i.e. Debit Card, Credit Card or Net Banking
• Submit the application
• Save the Application Form and Payment Reference number
• Take a Printout of it for future reference.
