Pass Percentage Criteria
UR / EWS / OBC (NCL): Minimum 60% aggregate marks in qualifying degree/diploma.

Final Year Students: Eligible to apply provided they pass and present their final pass certificate before the GD & Interview stage.

Selection will be carried out in three distinct phases:

NMDC Steel Executive Trainee Jobs 2026 Salary & Emoluments
Training Period (6 Months): Initial Basic Pay of Rs. 50,000/- per month plus IDA.
Post Regularization: Designated as Assistant Manager in the pay scale of Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000/- (Starting basic pay of Rs. 60,000/- per month).
Perks & Benefits: Includes Dearness Allowance, Cafeteria Approach Perks, PF, Gratuity, Performance Related Pay (PRP), and medical facilities as per NSL rules.
