Education Details
Minimum Qualification: Candidates must have passed the 10th Standard (Matriculation/S.S.C.) from a recognized board of the State or Union Territory falling under the regional jurisdiction of the recruiting office.
Maximum Qualification: Candidates must be undergraduates as of January 01, 2026. Graduates and those possessing higher qualifications are not eligible to apply.
Language Proficiency: It is mandatory to be proficient in the local language (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding) of the state or region applied for.
Salary & Benefits
Selected candidates will receive a starting basic pay of ₹24,250/- per month in the scale of ₹24250 – 53550. Including various allowances such as Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and City Compensatory Allowance, the initial monthly gross emoluments are approximately ₹46,029/- (without HRA). Employees are also entitled to medical benefits, reimbursement of expenses for maintenance of vehicles, and housing loans.

Maximum Age: 25 Years
Candidates must have been born between January 02, 2001, and January 01, 2008 (both days inclusive).
Age Relaxation: Upper age limit relaxations apply for SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), and PwBD (10 years) as per government regulations.
Selection Process
The selection for the post of Office Attendant involves two distinct stages:
Online Test: A computer-based competitive exam consisting of 120 objective-type questions. Subjects include Reasoning, General English, General Awareness, and Numerical Ability. There is a negative marking of 1/4th for every wrong answer.
Language Proficiency Test (LPT): Shortlisted candidates must pass a test in the regional language of the applied office. This test is qualifying in nature, and failure to pass will lead to disqualification.
Application Fee
General / OBC / EWS Candidates: ₹450/- (Examination Fee + Intimation Charges) + GST.
SC / ST / PwBD / Ex-Servicemen: ₹50/- (Intimation Charges only) + GST.
Staff Candidates: Exempted from payment of fee.
