The organization invites online applications for 40 Manager (Civil) posts on a contract basis. Vacancy Details

RITES Limited has announced 40 vacancies for the post of Manager (Civil) across various categories, as listed below.

Educational Qualification

• Candidates must hold a Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or institute approved by AICTE.

• General and EWS category candidates must have at least 60% marks.

• For SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD candidates, 50% marks are acceptable.

• A minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field is mandatory.

Salary Details

• Pay Scale: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 per month (IDA scale).

• Additional benefits include Dearness Allowance, HRA/Lease accommodation, PF, gratuity, medical insurance, and other company allowances as per rules.

Age Limit (as on 30 November 2025)

• Maximum Age: 40 years

• Age relaxation:

  • SC/ST – 5 years

  • OBC (NCL) – 3 years

  • PwBD – 10 years (additional relaxation as applicable)

Selection Process

Selection for RITES Manager (Civil) posts will be based on:

1. Written Test – Objective type (125 questions, 2.5 hours duration).

   • Qualifying Marks:

     • UR/EWS: 50%

     • SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD: 45%

2. Interview – Weightage: Written Test 60%, Interview 40%.

   • Qualifying Marks:

     • UR/EWS: 60%

     • SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD: 50%

Final merit will be prepared based on combined performance in both stages.
