Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 24 years as on the date of commencement of apprenticeship (i.e., born between 10 February 2002 and 09 February 2008).
- Age relaxations applicable as per Government of India norms.
Selection Process
- Candidates register via the central NAPS portal and then apply on RRCAT’s apprenticeship portal.
- Merit list will be prepared based on: ⅓ weight of ITI percentage marks + ⅔ weight of 10th class percentage marks. In case of a tie, higher 10th class marks get priority.
- Shortlisted candidates will undergo document verification, medical examination, and then join on the specified date.

Salary Details
Apprentices will be paid a monthly stipend of ₹ 11,600/- (Rupees Eleven Thousand Six Hundred only) for the one‑year apprenticeship period.

- Visit RRCAT’s apprenticeship portal and fill the online application form for TASAR‑2025.
- Upload scanned copies of: 10th class certificate, ITI certificate, Aadhaar card, photograph (passport size), signature, caste/disability certificate (if applicable).
- Enter all personal, academic and trade‑specific details carefully; check before final submission as edits won’t be allowed afterward.
- Submit the application by 15:00 hrs on 26 November 2025.
- After submission, print/save the acknowledgement for future reference and keep track of merit list updates and joining instructions.
