Salary

Annual Cost to Company (CTC) is negotiable based on experience and current market pay, structured as 80% fixed pay and 20% variable performance pay:

• Dean (SBIL, Kolkata): Up to Rs. 98.00 Lacs per annum

• Faculty (SBIL, Kolkata): Up to Rs. 63.00 Lacs per annum

• Marketing Executive (SBIL, Kolkata): Rs. 52.00 Lacs per annum

• Deputy Vice President (IT Risk): Up to Rs. 60.00 Lacs per annum

• Assistant Vice President (IT Risk): Up to Rs. 50.00 Lacs per annum

Age Limit

(Determined as on August 31, 2026)

• Dean: 40 to 55 years

• Faculty: 35 to 55 years

• Marketing Executive: 28 to 40 years

• Deputy Vice President (IT Risk): 36 to 45 years

• Assistant Vice President (IT Risk): 32 to 42 years

• Note: Upper age relaxation applies to reserved categories (SC/ST/PwBD) according to Government of India regulations.

Selection Process

• Shortlisting: Applications undergo screening by a committee based on qualifications, relevant experience, and profile suitability.

• Interview / Demo Session: Shortlisted applicants attend an interview carrying 100 marks (Dean and Faculty positions include an interview-cum-demo training session).

• Merit List: Prepared in descending order based strictly on interview scores.

• CTC Negotiation: Conducted sequentially with top-ranked candidates prior to issuing final appointment offers.

2. Search for the Advertisement Number CRPD/SCO/2026-27/20 or CRPD/SCO/2026-27/22 based on your desired cadre.

3. Click on the “Apply Online” registration link and complete the primary sign-up to generate a provisional Registration Number and Password.

4. Fill out personal information, qualifications, employment history, and active contact details.

5. Upload required documents in PDF format (up to 500 KB each), including your resume, identity proof, date of birth certificate, degree marksheets, experience letters, CTC negotiation template, and latest salary slips.

6. Upload a recent scanned passport photograph (20–50 KB) and signature in black ink (10–20 KB).
