TG PECET Counselling 2026: The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has initiated the web-based counselling process for the Telangana Physical Education Common Entrance Test (TG PECET) 2026. This admission drive facilitates entry into Undergraduate Diploma in Physical Education (U.G.D.P.Ed.) and Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) programs across participating colleges in Telangana for the 2026–2027 academic year. As per the latest press note issued by the Convener, the online registration deadline and certificate verification schedule have been revised to give candidates additional time to complete their applications.

TG PECET Counselling 2026: Eligibility Criteria for Admissions

Candidates applying for TG PECET 2026 counselling must fulfill the following statutory requirements:

• Nationality & Domicile: Applicants must be Indian citizens and belong to the state of Telangana, satisfying local/unreserved status norms.

• B.P.Ed. Qualification: Candidates must have passed any recognized Bachelor’s degree (10+2+3 pattern).

• U.G.D.P.Ed. Qualification: Candidates must have cleared Intermediate (10+2) or an equivalent examination.

TG PECET Counselling 2026 Online Registration & Processing Fee

Eligible candidates must complete their online registration via the official portal pecetadm.tgche.ac.in. A non-refundable processing fee must be paid online using Credit/Debit Cards or Net Banking in favor of the ‘Secretary, TGCHE’:

• General / OBC Candidates: ₹800/-

• SC / ST Candidates: ₹500/-

Step-by-Step Registration & Web Options Process

1. Online Registration & Payment: Visit pecetadm.tgche.ac.in, click on the registration link, enter your TG PECET hall ticket number and rank, and pay the prescribed processing fee.

2. Upload Documents: Fill out the online application form and upload scanned copies of all required educational, domicile, and category certificates.

3. Special Category Verification (if applicable): Candidates claiming CAP or NCC quotas must book a slot and attend physical verification at the Directorate of Admissions, Osmania University, Hyderabad.

4. Verification Status Check: Review the list of verified eligible candidates published on the portal on July 29, 2026. Any discrepancies can be reported via email.

5. Exercising Web Options: Log in between July 29 and July 30, 2026, to choose your preferred colleges and courses in order of priority.

6. Modifying Options: Candidates can edit their saved web options on July 31, 2026.

7. Seat Allotment & Reporting: Check the college-wise provisional allotment list on August 2, 2026. Download the allotment order and report to the designated college with original certificates and fee payment receipts between August 3 and August 6, 2026.

TG PECET Counselling 2026 Certificates Required for Uploading

Candidates must keep clear scanned copies of the following original certificates ready for uploading during registration:

1. TG PECET-2026 Rank Card
2. Degree / Provisional Certificate & Consolidated Marks Memo (for B.P.Ed.)
3. Intermediate / 10+2 Pass Certificate (for U.G.D.P.Ed.)
4. SSC / 10th Pass Certificate (Proof of Date of Birth)
5. Bonafide / Study Certificates from Class IX to Graduation
6. Residence Certificate (for preceding 7 years if studied via open school/distance mode)
7. Transfer Certificate (TC)
8. Latest Integrated Community Certificate (for BC/SC/ST candidates, issued after 02.06.2014)
9. Valid EWS Certificate issued by Tahsildar for 2026-27 (if applicable)
10. Parental Income Certificate issued on or after January 1, 2026
11. Special Category Certificates (NCC / CAP), if applicable
12. Aadhaar Card or valid Government Photo ID proof

Physical Verification for Special Categories (CAP / NCC)

Special category certificate verification is conducted exclusively in Phase-I. Candidates must attend in person with all original certificates and two sets of photocopies.
