TMREIS 1st Year Inter Admission 2024-25 TS Minority Colleges Application

Online Applications are invited through TMREIS Official website tmreis.telangana.gov.in from the eligible candidates from Minorities (Muslims, Christians, Parsis, Jains, Sikhs & Buddhists) and Non- Minorities (SCs, STs, BCs & OCs) Communities for the Entrance Test for admission into class V in 204 TMR Schools of Telangana State and for limited seats of backlog vacancies for Minorities (Muslims, Christians, Parsis, Jains, Sikhs & Buddhists) in classes VI, VII & VIII. Offline application forms can be obtained from the concerned Schools & submitted to the concerned Principals directly.
తెలంగాణలోని మైనార్టీ గురుకుల పాఠశాలలు, జూనియర్ కళాశాలల్లో 2022-23 విద్యాసంవత్సరానికిగాను ప్రవేశాలకు తెలంగాణ మైనార్టీస్ రెసిడెన్షియల్ ఎడ్యుకేషనల్ ఇన్‌స్టిట్యూషన్స్ సొసైటీ (టీఎంఆర్‌ఈఐఎస్) నోటిఫికేషన్ విడుదల చేసింది. దీనిద్వారా తెలంగాణ వ్యాప్తంగా ఉన్న 204 మైనార్టీ గురుకులాల్లో ఐదోతరగతితోపాటు ఆరు, ఏడు, ఎనిమిదో తరగతుల్లోని బ్యాక్‌లాగ్ సీట్లను భర్తీ చేయనున్నారు. అలాగే జూనియర్ కళాశాలల్లో ఇంటర్‌లో ప్రవేశాలు కల్పిస్తారు. ప్రవేశ పరీక్ష ద్వారా ఆయా విద్యాసంస్థల్లో ప్రవేశాలు కల్పిస్తారు. విద్యార్థులు ఆన్‌లైన్ ద్వారా దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాల్సి ఉంటుంది. ఎలాంటి దరఖాస్తు ఫీజు అవసరం లేదు. ఉచితంగా దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవచ్చు.

Eligibility:

  • Study Particulars: The candidates must be appearing for SSC/10th class Board Examinations to be held in March/April, 2019 on regular basis.  However at the time of admission the candidate must have passed SSC/X class Board examination held in March/April 2019 with minimum of 6.0 CGPA.
  • The Age: The age of the candidate shall not exceed 18 years as on 31-08-2019.
  • Annual Income of Parent: For Rural candidates the Annual Income of parent shall not exceed 1.5 Lakhs, for urban candidates shall not exceed Rs. 2.0 Lakhs. (Income Limit is not applicable to disabled and Armed Force/Ex-Servicemen/Widows of Ex-Servicemen Children).
  • Nativity: The candidate should be resident of any district of Telangana State.
  • Candidate should be medically fit at the time of admission.

INFORMATION TO BE FURNISHED AT THE TIME OF ONLINE REGISTRATION CANDIDATE:
At the time of submission of ONLINE application the candidate should upload his/her passport size photograph and signature and furnish the following information in the prescribed format.

  1. Name of the candidate and Mother & Father name
  2. Date of Birth.
  3. Aadhaar card number.
  4. Gender (Boy or Girl).
  5. Class in which he/she is seeking admission.
  6. Name of the TMR School where he/she is seeking admission.
  7. Present study details like class, year of study (academic year), school name, location and address. Institution type (Govt./Private Recognised by Govt.)
  8. Annual Income of parents.
  9. Information about Religion/caste:

Minority category (Muslim/Christian/Jain/Parsi/Buddhist/Sikh),
Non-Minority category (SC/ST/BC/OC)

  1. Mobile no. of Parents.
  2. Residential address.
  3. Information about Physical Disability, Orphan or son/daughter of Armed Personnel/Ex-servicemen/Widow of Ex-Servicemen if applicable.

V. Option of school for Admission – Candidate can opt any three TMR Schools in his/her erstwhile district in order of preference for admission.
VI. Option of School for appearing Entrance test: The candidate can opt any TMR School in his/her native Erstwhile Dist. as displayed in the TMREIS website
VII. HALL TICKET DOWNLOADING:
Hall ticket will be generated immediately after submission of ONLINE application which can be downloaded and print out can be taken and preserved for appearing the test. The examination centre will be mentioned in the Hall Ticket.
Hall Ticket can also be down loaded by entering any two of the following information by visiting TMREIS official website tmreis.telangana.gov.in

  • Application number
  • Name of the candidate
  • Date of Birth
  • Mobile number furnished in the application

ABOUT THE ENTRANCE TEST

  1. Duration of the Test                       : 2 Hours.
  2. Candidate should appear the Entrance Test at the centre allotted to him/her as indicated in the Hall Ticket. No candidate is allowed to appear the test without Hall Ticket.
  3. Candidate should report half an hour before the commencement of test.
  4. Nature of Test                               : descriptive type.
  5. Medium of Test/                             : English
  6. Composition of the Test              : Consisting following 4 sections for MPC,

BiPC and CEC groups and all the                  sections are in the same Question Paper      Booklet.

7. Standard of the Question Paper is of class 10th.
8. Method of Recording Answers: All the questions are compulsory and
answers should be written in the question paper itself at the place
provided below each question.
9.  Only blue/black ball point pen is to be used.
10. There is no negative marking.
11. Marks will be indicated against each question.

  1. After receiving the question paper booklet, the candidate should check his/her Hall ticket number, name and other details on the cover page.
  2. Before attempting the question candidate should read the instructions given on the 2nd and 3rd page of the question paper booklet and those for each section.
  3. Model Question paper of Entrance Test is given at annexure – II.
  • Standard of the Question Paper is one class below the class in which the candidate is seeking the admission e.g. If the candidate is seeking the admission in class 5th the standard of the test is of class 4th.
  1. Candidate should select only one language either Urdu or Telugu in Part ‘A’ for answering.
  2. Method of Recording Answers: Separate OMR answer sheet will be provided for answering the questions. Every Question is followed by four alternative answers (a, b, c, and d), out of which only one is correct. Choose the correct answer and darken the relevant circle in the OMR sheet against the corresponding question number with Blue/Black ball point pen.
  3. Once the answer is written, it cannot be changed.
  4. One mark is allotted for every correct answer.
  5. There is no negative marking.
  6. After receiving the OMR sheet the candidate should check his/her Hall Ticket number, name and other details given and read the instructions given.
  7. Before attempting the questions candidate should read the instructions given in the question paper.

X. CRITERIA FOR SELECTION OF CANDIDATES FOR ADMISSION

  1. Candidate should get Minimum qualifying marks 17 in the Entrance Test for getting admission. However Selection of candidates is done based on the merit in the entrance test and rule of reservation of TMREIS and also medically fit at the time of admission.
  2. Mere appearance of the test will not vest any right on the candidates to secure the admission in TMR Schools.
  3. Before confirming the admission, Health Screening test will be conducted to the provisionally selected candidates. The admission of the candidates will be confirmed only those who are medically fit.
  4. If more than one candidate get the same marks/rank in the entrance test, then the selection of candidate is done based on the marks secured in Mathematics subject in the entrance test is considered, if the candidates possess the same marks in Mathematics subject also, then the marks in English subject in entrance test is considered, if it is also same, the D.O.B is considered i.e. senior students will be given priority.
  5. Candidates belong to orphan, disabled, Armed personnel/Ex- Servicemen children the seats are allotted from the respective category as per the rule of reservation of TMREIS. If any vacancies are left over in these special category candidates, the seats will be allotted to the other candidates of the same community based on merit in the Entrance Test.

XI. ADMISSION PROCESS:

  1. After the selection process, the list of provisionally selected candidates will be displayed in the respective TMR Schools and communicated to the parents of candidates over phone through the mobile number furnished by the candidate in the online/offline application.
  1. Provisionally selected candidates should report to the respective TMR Schools with the following documents in original and one set of Xerox copies of certificates for verification
  1. Bonafide certificate duly mentioning the Date of Birth.
  2. Aadhaar card.
  3. Parents Annual Income Certificate.
  4. For SC, ST and BC candidates caste certificate issued by Tahsildar.
  5. For disabled candidates medical certificate issued by concerned authorized Medical Board.
  6. For Armed force personnel/Ex- servicemen children – certificate obtained from concerned authorities.
  7. For Orphans-Certificate issued by the Tahsildar.
  8. Converted Christians – Certificate issued by the concerned authorities as mentioned below
  1. For the persons of Scheduled castes converted to Christians & their progeny (BC-C) the community certificate issued by the Tahsildar.
  2. For all other persons converted in Christian either of the following proof shall be submitted.
  • The Transfer certificate/leaving certificate/Bonafide issued by respective schools wherein it is mentioned as Indian Christian/Roman Catholic/Anglo Indian.
  • The Baptism certificate issued by Church authorities to the student/Individual or if in any case student does not have Baptism certificate then their Father/Mother/Guardian’s Baptism certificate.
  1. Record sheet/Transfer certificate (to be submitted after confirmation of the admission).
  2. Two Passport size Photographs of candidates and one Photograph of Parents.
  1. The provisionally selected candidates should also attend the Health Screening Test arranged by the School and the candidates who are medically fit only will be eligible for admission.
  1. The admissions of the provisionally selected candidates who fulfil the eligibility criteria and medially fit are only will be admitted in the School.

Important instructions to the candidates.

  1. Before submission of ONLINE application candidates should fill the sample application form given at annexure – I.
  2. Passport size photograph and signature of the candidate should be uploaded.
  3. Particulars given in the application should be filled carefully with correct information.
  4. There is no scope for change of any particulars mentioned in the application once the application is submitted on ONLINE.
  5. Parents/Guardians are responsible for any wrong entry in the application form.
  6. Phone numbers mentioned in the application form should be of parents/guardians only (Not of any Internet centre).
  7. Candidate has no right to claim the admission in TMR Schools by mere appearance of the test.
  8. Candidate should appear the test with Hall Ticket.
  9. Application can be submitted through ONLINE from 18-02-2019 to 31-03-2019.
  10. For admission into VI, VII & VIII (for minorities only) the candidate should go through the vacancy position at annexure IV.
  11. The marks secured by the candidate in the entrance test shall not be displayed or revealed to the candidates/parents/others.
  12. There is neither provision for revaluation of the answer scripts nor providing the copies of valued answer scripts to the students/parents.
  13. In case of any dispute the decision of the Secretary TMREIS shall be final and binding on the candidates.
  14. The Secretary reserves the right to postpone/modify/change of admission schedule or change of examination center.
  15. The provisional selection of the candidates shall not vest any right with the candidate to secure admission. The admission shall be confirmed only on submission of required documents as stated in the prospectus and medically fit at the time of admission. (failing which admission will be canceled).
  16. Boys have to apply for admissions in Boy’s School and Girls have to apply in Girls School only.
  17. Candidates should apply for admission in only one school, if applied to more than one school, they will be disqualified.

Note: Secretary has the power to cancel the admission of any candidate at any Stage.
HOW TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION
The Applicant must submit his/her application only online by visiting TMREIS website tmreis.telangana.gov.in

  • Application can be submitted online in the prescribed format.
  • Offline application forms can also be obtained from the concerned Junior Colleges & submitted to the concerned Principals directly
  • Sample Application is given at Annexure-I
  • Before submission of ONLINE Applications, the candidates should go through the prospectus and application format by visiting TMREIS Official website tmreis.telangana.gov.in
  • After fulfilling the eligibility, the candidate should submit the duly filled-in ONLINE application through the official website tmreis.telangana.gov.in from any internet center or any TMR Jr. College/School.
  • Upload the photo and signature of the candidate within 100 Kb size only.
  • The candidate can opt for the colleges in the order of preference up to three where he/she is seeking admission.
  • The candidate must opt for only one group i.e. MPC, BiPC or CEC.
  • There is no ONLINE registration fee.
  • There is no scope for change of any particulars mentioned in the application after submission of ONLINE application.
