Educational Qualifications
- Candidates must have completed their 12th standard/ plus two with subjects in Biology, Botany, and Zoology.
- A qualification in the Multipurpose Health Worker (Male) / Health Inspector course, recognized by the Director of Public Health and Preventive Medicine, is required.
- Candidates who have completed a one-year Multipurpose Health Worker (Male) training course are also eligible to apply.
Salary
The selected candidates will be appointed under Pay Matrix Level-8, with a salary range of ₹19,500 to ₹71,900 per month, depending on the experience and qualifications.
Age Limit
Minimum Age: 18 years (as of July 1, 2025).
Maximum Age: There is no upper age limit as per the latest government relaxations.
Selection Process
Tamil Language Eligibility Test: All candidates must qualify for the Tamil language proficiency test.
Computer-Based Test (CBT): A written examination will be conducted to assess the candidate’s knowledge in relevant areas.
