UPSC EPFO 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Only Indian Nationals are Eligible to Apply for UPSC EPFO Jobs. Remaining Essential Qualifications are given below.

Age Limit (As of September 11, 2026)
- Minimum Age: 21 years.
- Maximum Age for UR/EWS: 35 years.
- Maximum Age for OBC: 38 years.
- Maximum Age for SC/ST: 40 years.
- Additional age relaxation is provided to PwBD candidates, Ex-Servicemen, and Central Government/EPFO employees as per government rules.
Pay Scale
- Pay Level: Level 10 of the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC).
- Basic Entry Pay: ₹56,100.

Selection Process
- Recruitment Test (RT): An objective-type written examination that serves to shortlist candidates. The syllabus generally covers General English, Indian Freedom Struggle, Current Events, Indian Polity & Economy, General Accounting Principles, Industrial Relations & Labour Laws, General Science, and basic Mathematics/Statistics.
- Interview: Candidates who clear the cutoff in the Recruitment Test will be called for a personal interview, which determines final selection.
