Union Public Service Commission Released a notification for the Engineering Services (Mains) Examination 2022. UPSC conducted UPSC IES Exam every year to recruit engineers in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Telecommunication posts. Competition for the UPSC ESE 2022 posts is very high due to less number of posts. UPSC Conducted IES Examination in 3 stages i.e. Preliminary Exam, Mains Exam, and Interview Process. Candidates who are qualified in the UPSC ESE Screening Test are eligible to appear for the UPSC ESE Mains 2022. Based on the Merit in UPSC IES Screening & Mains Test Board will shortlist the candidates for the Post. UPSC invites applications from the eligible candidates for the UPSC ESE Main 2022 from 5th August 2022 to 14th August 2022 through online mode. It is a National Level recruitment Exam. Candidates who are qualified in the Preliminary, Mains & Interview process are eligible for the Recruitment as a Class I Engineering Officers in Government Officer in India such Railways, Telecom, Border Roads, CWC, etc.

UPSC ESE Mains 2022 – Eligibility
- Nationality: A candidate must be either a citizen of India, or a subject of Nepal, or a subject of Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee who cam
- Candidates should be Qualified in the UPSC IES Prelims 2022 and Registered for the UPSC IES Mains 2022 are eligible to appear for the Exam.
UPSC ESE Mains 2022 – Educational Qualification
- Candidates should obtain a degree in Engineering from a University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other Educational Institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as Universities under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; or
- Candidates must obtain a degree/diploma in Engineering from such foreign University/College/Institution and under such conditions as may be recognized by the Government for the purpose from time to time, or
- Aspirants must pass Graduate Membership Examination of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (India); or
- Candidates must pass Associate Membership Examination Parts II and III/Sections A and B of the Aeronautical Society of India; or
- The aspirant must pass Graduate Membership Examination of the Institution of Electronics and Radio Engineers, London held after November 1959

UPSC IES Mains 2022 – Application Fee
- Candidates (excepting Female/SC/ST/ PH who are exempted from payment of fee) are required to pay a fee of Rs. 200/- (Rupees T w o hundred only) either by depositing the money in any Branch of SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of State Bank of India.
