WAPCOS Notification 2026: Education Details

Candidates must possess 1 to 2 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field along with the following educational qualifications:

Young Professional (Legal): LL.M. with specialization in Corporate Law, Contract Law, Infrastructure Law, or Arbitration, OR an LL.B. from a recognized institution.
Young Professional (Finance): M.Com, MBA (Finance), or CA from a recognized university or institution. Additional certification in Taxation, Accounting, or Financial Management is desirable.
Young Professional (Contract Management): B.E./B.Tech., preferably in Civil Engineering. A Post Graduate qualification in Construction, Project, or Contract Management, and knowledge of FIDIC conditions are highly desirable.
Young Professional (Mass Communication): Degree in Mass Communication or Journalism. A Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Public Relations or Digital Media is desirable.

WAPCOS Jobs 2026: Salary

The selected Young Professionals will be engaged on a short-term basis initially for one year, which can be extended up to two years subject to satisfactory performance.

1st Year Remuneration: ₹40,000 per month.
2nd Year Remuneration: ₹50,000 per month.

Maximum Age: Not exceeding 30 years.

WAPCOS Jobs 2026: Selection Process

Candidates will be shortlisted based on their applications and basic eligibility.
The final selection will be made through a Personal Interview conducted by a Selection Committee.
Shortlisted candidates must present all original documents and testimonials at the time of the interview for verification. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.
