Selection Process
The selection for the Assistant Teacher positions will be based on a merit system, considering the following criteria:
Madhyamik (Secondary) Examination Marks: 5 marks
Higher Secondary Examination Marks: 10 marks
NCTE-approved Teacher Training Marks: 15 marks
Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) Marks: 5 marks
Extracurricular Activities: 5 marks
Teaching Experience: 5 marks (for para-teachers)
