West Bengal WBBSE Madhyamik 10th Result 2025: The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) has declared the Results of the Madhyamik class 10th Examinations on 02 May 2025. WBBSE has successfully Organized Madhyamik Exams from 10 February 2025 to 22 February 2025. Nearly 10.66 lakh Students have appeared for the Examinations across the West Bengal State.
The Madhyamik examinations for this year are set to commence today, with a total of 9,84,753 students from 9,145 schools appearing across the state. The examinations will be held at 2,683 centres.
This year, the number of candidates has increased by nearly 62,000 compared to last year’s 9,22,636. The total examinees include 4,28,803 male and 5,55,950 female students. However, the final count saw a slight rise after a court-ordered reopening of the enrolment portal. Of the 181 deprived candidates from 136 schools who applied, the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) issued admit cards to over 150 at the last moment.

WBBSE has recorded the highest ever pass percent at 86.34%. Out of the 10.03 lakh students who took the exam,8.43 lakh passed. Arithra Pal is the West Bengal Madhyamik topper with 99.14 percent. Sayantan Garai (693 marks) and Avik Das (693 marks) shared the second rank. Debosmita Mahapatra, Aritra Maity and Soumya Pathak shared the third rank with 690 marks.
After the declaration of WBBSE 10th Results 2025, the candidates can check the results on official Websites wbbse.org and wb.allresults.nic.in. The results will also be sent via SMS. Candidates have to type WB<space>10, followed by the roll number and send it to 54242/ 56263/58888, said the official.
The candidates’ results will be declared as Grades Based on the Percentage of Marks of the Candidate.

West Bengal 10th Class Result 2025
In 2018, West Bengal 10th Class result 2025 was declared on May 19, 2025. The Board, WBBSE, will announce the madhyamik pariksha result for all the students who appeared for the examination in the month of February- March 2025. The previous year, the WB 10th result was announced on May 19, 2025. However, as of now, no official update is available in this regard. Students should wait for the announcement to be made.
