  • Results will be live on the portal from June 29, 2026. Candidates can secure their admissions at the allotted schools from June 29, 2026, until July 2, 2026, at 4:00 PM. This third round marks the final allotment of the main phase. Temporary admission is strictly prohibited during this round. All allotted students must pay the prescribed fees and secure permanent admission.

  • Any student on the allotment list who fails to report to their allotted school and secure permanent admission before 4:00 PM on July 2, 2026, will be completely removed from the entire admission process.

  • Any allotment obtained by providing fraudulent or incorrect information during registration will be summarily canceled.

Kerala VHSE First Year Admission 2026-27: Third Allotment Guidelines

The General Education Department, Higher Secondary (Vocational) Section, has released the instructions for the third allotment of the main phase of the 2026-27 first-year single window admission process. Candidates can check their allotment status and complete their admission procedures according to the official schedule.

Important Dates and Allotment Status

  • The third allotment results are available from June 29 on the official admission portal: [https://admission.vhseportal.kerala.gov.in](https://admission.vhseportal.kerala.gov.in).
  • Candidates must secure permanent admission at their allotted schools between June 29 and July 2, strictly before 4:00 PM.
  • Temporary admission is strictly prohibited during the third allotment phase.
  • Any student included in the allotment list who fails to report to the allotted school and secure permanent admission by 4:00 PM on July 2 will be completely removed from the admission process.
  • Students who secured temporary admission in earlier allotments and have no changes in the third allotment will see their status as “First” or “Second”. These students must convert this to a permanent admission by submitting an application (Form 11 P) at their respective schools. They are not required to download a new allotment slip.
  • Allotments secured by providing false information will be canceled immediately.

How to Check Results and Pay Fees

  • Applicants can view their allotment details and download the allotment slip by logging in with their registered phone number and password via the “Allotment Results” link.
  • Students have the option to pay their fees online through the Candidate Login portal.
  • Those utilizing the online payment method must submit the online fee receipt directly to the school.

First-Year Fee Structure

The standard first-year fee structure includes:

  • Application Fee: 25.00.
  • Caution Deposit: 100.00.
  • Special Fees (covering Stationery, Magazine, Association, Sports & Games, Youth Festival, Visual Education, Expo, Internal Exams): 320.00.
  • Additional Special Fee for Computer Courses: 100.00.
  • Library Fee: 25.00.
  • Medical Fee: 25.00.
  • Laboratory Fee: 50.00.
  • Admission Fee: 50.00.

Computer Courses Subject to Additional Fees: Field Technician Computing Peripherals (Course Code: 10), Graphic Designer (Course Code: 11), Junior Software Developer (Course Code: 13), Web Developer (Course Code: 49), and GST Assistant (Course Code: 42).

Required Documents for Admission

Students must present the following documents at the time of admission:

  1. The downloaded allotment slip and all original qualifying certificates.
  2. The first page of the allotment slip must list the details of the submitted documents and be signed by both the student and the parent.
  3. Original Transfer Certificate (TC) and Conduct Certificate are mandatory during admission.
  4. If original qualifying certificates are currently unavailable from the respective boards, students will be granted time to produce them and can submit self-attested copies temporarily.
  5. School authorities may verify the validity of the results through official websites if deemed necessary.

Additional Certificates (If Applicable)

  • Community Reservation: The SSLC book’s community details are generally sufficient. If the claimed reservation differs from the SSLC book, a caste certificate from revenue authorities is required. OEC category students (Annexure 3) must provide both an income certificate and a caste certificate from revenue authorities to claim fee concessions.

  • Linguistic Minority: This must be marked under the mother tongue column in the qualifying/SSLC certificate. Otherwise, a letterhead certificate from the Secretary/Chairman of the registered local linguistic minority organization is required.

  • Local Body/Taluk Bonus Points: Details present in the SSLC book are sufficient. Alternatively, a Ration Card or Nativity Certificate must be produced.

  • Extracurricular Bonus Points:

    • NCC requires a 75% attendance certificate from the NCC Directorate.

    • Scout/Guide points are only awarded if a Puraskar has been received.

    • SPC Project Kerala certificate is required for SPC points.

    • Little KITEs bonus requires an A-grade certificate issued by KITE.

    • Specific certificates are required for NTSE, NMMSSC/LSS/USS, and other co-curricular activities from relevant authorities.

  • Defense Dependents: Dependents of serving Army/Navy/Air Force personnel need a service certificate from the serving official. Dependents of ex-servicemen require a certificate from the Sainik Welfare Board.

  • EWS Category: Applicants claiming the 10% EWS reservation must produce an Income & Assets Certificate (Annexure 1 or Annexure 2 format) issued by a Village Officer.

  • Other Schemes/IED: Students under the “Others” scheme must provide an equivalency certificate. Students allotted under the IED category must submit the original Medical Board certificate and the screening certificate.
