Educational Qualifications

* Andhra Pradesh Medical Council Registration certificate may be obtained till the date of submitting online application.

Age Limit

The applicants should possess minimum age of 18 years and cannot exceed maximum age of 42 years. The age is reckoned as on 1/07/1983 (Rule- 12(1)(a)(v) of State and Subordinate Service Rules). (Upper age limit of 42 years is considered as per G.O.Ms.No.132, General Administration (Ser.A) Dept., Dt:15.10.2018)

9. Community Certificate (SC/ST/BC/EWS) issued by the competent authority of Andhra Pradesh Government (as applicable)
10. Non-Creamy Layer Certificate in case of SCs Read G.O. MS.No.7 Social Welfare (CV) Dept., Dated: 18.04.2025 and BCs Read G.O. Ms. No.25 Backward Classes Welfare (F) Dept., Dated: 10.11.2023 issued by the competent authority of Andhra Pradesh Government.
11. Latest (Current Year) ‘Income and Asset Certificate’ for applicants claiming EWS Reservation issued by the competent authority of Andhra Pradesh Government (Current financial year to be submitted).
12. Sports certificate issued by competent authority, for applicants claiming reservation under sports category Read G.O.Ms.No.04, Youth
13. Advancement, Tourism & Culture (Sports & Youth Services) Dept., Dated: 19.04.2025 (ANNEXURE III).
14. SADAREM certificate for applicants claiming PH reservation.
15. Service certificate for claiming reservation and age relaxation as Ex- Servicemen.
16. Service certificate for NCC Instructor claiming age relaxation
17. Service certificate for in-service (regular) applicants claiming age relaxation.
